This is a place to carry one another's burdens. These guidelines describe the care we ask of each other.
Be gentle
Respond with prayer, Scripture, and encouragement. Do not shame, lecture, or compare. No one's faith or struggle is scored here.
Keep confidences
What someone shares is for the people they chose. Do not repeat it elsewhere.
What we do not allow
Harassment, unwanted contact, inappropriate or violent material, spam or scams, and pretending to be someone else, including a leader.
Reporting
You can report a person or signal, or block someone, from the Report or block button. If you share a church with the person, leaders of one church you both belong to (never the person you reported) see the report: your name, reason and details, and the parts of the signal you could already read. If no such leader exists, no leader receives it; blocking still works immediately, and if someone is in danger call emergency services. Mark a report urgent if it needs attention first. You will not be told who handled it.
What leaders can do
Leaders review reports and may act on them, and their actions are recorded in an audit trail. You can always post, though a leader may limit church-wide sharing. Being a church leader gives no special access to groups. Leaders join open small groups like any member, and join other groups only when that group's own leader invites them or when they create the group themselves. Before handing someone group leadership, please talk with them first, so the role is received willingly. Church leaders cannot take or force a hand-over. Crisis resources stay open to everyone.
Churches and groups
Invite only people who would welcome it. Anyone may start a small group without a church, by invitation only. Leaders approve church join requests with care, and a decline is quiet and carries no shame. Church applications are read by site reviewers, who are designated by the operator. Please do not apply for a church you do not belong to or lead.
If someone is in danger
Call your local emergency number. This app cannot send help.
